DMC's Veggi-Pasta with Feta Cheese

1 Tablespoons of Olive Oil1 Head Broccoli, chopped 2 Zucchini, small, sliced 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced3 Cubes Chicken Bouillon, dissolved in 2 cups of water (A Large Coffee Mug)4 Ounce pack of crumbled Feta Cheese, 1 Pound Spaghetti, cooked & drained1 Chicken Breast, diced & browned/fried (optional)
Stir fry veggies & garlic in a fry pan with oil. Then add chicken bouillon and simmer
covered, until veggies are "al-dente". Cook over medium heat so that the veggies are only
par-cooked. Add the feta to the cooked spaghetti and poor the veggie mixture over that.
Stir briskly until a sort of premivara sauce is produced. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes for
the sauce to set up and thicken a bit. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
