Southwest Chicken Salad ala Lala

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed Kraft Shredded Mexican Taco Cheese, 1 servingSalsa, .25 cup Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup cubed or julienned Cilantro, raw, 1 tbspIceberg Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded or choppedBeans, black, .50 cup *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 1 tsp
Directions
Saute chicken in olive until golden and cooked throughout. Chop chicken and add the taco seasoning. Spread the lettuce, cucumbers, salsa, cilantro on a platter. Add black beans, cheese and chopped, seasoned chicken. SHARE 'cause this recipe is for two. Or you can just use half of the ingredients today and have another one tomorrow!
