Crab, Shrimp Corn Chowder

Ingredients
1lb cooked shirmp1lb lump crab meat1 small/med red pepper, chopped1 small jalapeno chopped(seeds removed)1 tsp minced garlic1/4 cup organic all purpose flour4 cups chicken broth2 red potatoes diced small16 oz frozen corn1/2 red onion dicedcayenne pepper salt and pepper1 bay leaf
Directions
Slice up the onions and peppers and saute. Add garlic and jalapeno, saute a minute more. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the flour to until well combined about one minute. Stir in chicken broth and potatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the whipping cream, corn, lump crab meat, cayenne and bay leaf. Simmer for 15 min more. I added my shrimp in the last 3 min of cooking. Pour into bowl and serve.
