1 T olive oil1 bunch escarole, chopped12 oz. mushrooms, sliced2 t garlic, minced1 jar marinara sauce1 lb. penne
Directions
Cook penne according to package.

Saute mushrooms, garlic & escarole in olive oil. Add sauce & heat through. Stir in penne.
