Sadie's Low Carb, Low Calorie, Protein Banana Muffins

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter4 eggs1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese5 Tablespoons of Herbalife Personalized Protein Powder3/4 cup oats1 tsp. baking soda1.5 tsp cinnamon2 mashed ripe bananas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan or use muffin papers. Beat butter and eggs. Add cottage cheese. Beat. Mix in protein powder, oats, soda and cinnamon. Fold in bananas. Pour into muffin pan. Cook for about 15 minutes or until done. Makes 12 muffins.
