2 c. sour milk2 large egg1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour1 tbls. oil1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. nutmeg (to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk, while heating a griddle to a low/medium setting. When batter is ready (it should be a little thick - add flour by the tbls. if needed), pour 3 tbls. per pancake and let cook until bubbles form (don't let edges get dry). Flip once, until lightly browned on both sides. Store in a container with a lid until the batter is all made, to keep pancakes warm and moist.

The cinnamon and nutmeg are a great way to add a sweet taste without sugar in the batter. - 10/11/10

Very easy to make. A great way to use up sour milk. I really like that there is no added sugar. I was short 1/4 C of the whole wheat flour so I substituted 1/4 C cream of wheat cereal and it worked fine. - 1/18/20

Nice. My family likes pancakes a little sweet, so I added 2 Tbsp sugar. You could use Splenda.
