Parmesan-Crusted Broiled Scallops

1/3 c Italian style bread crumbs1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese1 Tbsp minced fresh parsely1/4 tsp paprika1/4 tsp pepper1 1/2 pounds sea scallops1 Tbsp butter or stick margarine, meltedCooking sprayLemon wedges
1. Preheat broiler
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag: set aside. Brush scallops with butter. Add scallops to bag, and seal; shake bag to coat.
3. Place breaded scallops on a broiler pain.coated with cooking spray; broil 10 minutes or until done.
Serve scallops immediately with lemon wedges.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size about 6 scallops)
