Ingredients
* Pink Salmon (canned), 10 oz * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Egg, fresh, 3 large * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup * Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 8 crackers crumbled * *Lemon Juice, 2 fl oz * *McCormick Old Bay Seasoning, 2 tsp * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix together all the ingredients except the olive oil.

Heat skilltet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, divide mixture into 7 patties & fry until brown.
