Fresco Salsa

Ingredients
6 Tomatoes (vine or plum)1/2 Med. Red Onion1 Jalepenio pepper (seeded and sliced)1tsp. Garlic (minced)1/4 Bunch of cilantro (leaves only)1/2C Assorted colored sweet peppers (red, yellow, orange)Juice of 1 lime1/8 tsp. Sea salt or to taste
Directions
Wash fresh vegetables and lime. Quarter tomatoes and set aside. Slice onion and peppers and set aside. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Salsa can be served immediately or refrigerate overnight for optimum flavor.
