Chocolate Cake - Sugar Free and Low Fat

Ingredients
2 cups Splenda1 3/4 cups flour1 1/4 cups unsweeteded cocoa powder1 cup non-fat powdered milk2 1/2 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 cup skim milk3 egg whites1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp pure vanilla extract -use extra to taste if using imitation 1 cup boiling water
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat together milk, egg whites, applesauce and vanilla in medium bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry. Add boiling water and beat for 2 minutes. The batter will be very thin. Pour batter into a 13" x 9" baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
