Salad Dressing - Mint Yogurt
- Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
Directions
1 cup fat free plain yogurt3 tsp white wine vinegar2 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp sugar2 tsp garlic powder1.5 tsp onion powder1 tsp fresh chopped dill1/2 tbsp fresh chopped mint
I like to save an old spaghetti sauce or salsa jar that still has the lid on it to make salad dressings.
Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid. Place the lid on and shake well. Let sit over night in the refrigerator.
If it is a little too tangy add a little more sugar. But make sure the dressing has had time to sit at least over night. The dressing will be very tangy right after you mix it but it will mellow in the fridge over night.
You can also substitute truvia or splenda for sugar if you like.
Makes 10 1 oz portions.
Number of Servings: 10
