Ingredients
2 cans white tuna in water, drained1 cup Italian bread crumbs2 eggs4T wheat germ1T olive oil
Directions
Mix tuna, eggs, and breadcrumbs thoroughly. Form into 5 patties. Coat in wheat germ and brown in olive oil - about 4 minutes per side.
