Tuna Salsa

Ingredients
1 Cup Chopped Green Peppers1 Cup Chopped Red Peppers1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion1 Lime (juiced)1 Can Drained Tuna (in water)2 Cups Chopped Tomatoes2 Tblsp Cilantro (optional)Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Chop/dice ingredients and add to bowl - squeeze lime juice over and mix through - add salt and pepper to taste. This is a very refreshing alternative to your normal salad or salsa - great on crackers or just by itself. Makes enough for a good sized bowl.
