Thought this was delicious. Got major points from the dear bf for making this for him last night. Since he follows a Gluten-free, Casein-free diet I substitued coconut milk, which worked out beautifully - 10/29/09

I haven't made this yet, but I've done something similar. When you refrigerate it, it makes an AWESOME 'fudge' that you can cut into 12 pieces. YUM! - 5/5/10

OMG!...How on earth does this serve 12? We 2 ate it with a pound of strawberries ! had to go without dinner to compensate! - 11/1/09

I made this for a Chef Meg SP taste testing party. I used unsweetened baker's chocolate. It would quickly solve a dark chocolate craving. It turned out very thick so one serving covered 3 chunks of fruit. I would add more milk next time. Shows you you can eat decadently on SP! - 11/16/09

Sounds great, but I probably would never measure the amount of choclate that coats my fruit. On something like this portions are hard to measure. - 9/27/09

    I like this-but i used Silk - 1/6/10

I thought maybe a tablespoon over frozen yogurt or a banana.
It would cut down the calories and still do a chocolate fix. or does it get hard when cold? Then it could be like a cone dipped in that chocolate. OH, I liked those way back when--- LOL
PS agree with MOOKBALL on measuring - 10/12/09

I haven't tried this recipe because I don't like marshmallows - too sweet for me. My fave way to eat fresh strawberries is with a drizzle of Hersheys syrup (1-2 tsp - about 35 calories) over cut up strawberries, with a spritz of whipped cream. Simple, yet decadent tasting & very low calories. - 6/8/10

Very easy and especially rich tasting. This was a great Valentine's Day splurge for my husband and me. I dished myself up a single serving (one-quarter cup) and dipped lots of strawberries, blueberries and blackberries into it! The marshmallows make it smooth, thick and sweet without adding fat. - 2/16/10

I don't know how this could only be 88 calories. I looked at a bag of mini marshmellows and it said a serving is 80 calories. - 11/27/09

When I first started cooking it I was a little nervous about it but the end result was amazing. Also, We had some leftover and this morning it was like a chocolate mousse which is actually really tasty! - 3/17/11

This is absolutely wonderful! I used Ghiradelli 60% cacao chocolate, and we used strawberries, bananas, grapes, angel food cake and marshmallows for dippers. I'm absolutely certain I had more than one serving, though. Delicious! - 2/16/11

This looks amazing and really easy. As a chocoholic, I need all the help I can get and this - and the frozen hot chocolate recipe - will take care of it. Thanks SP. - 5/28/10

Adding this to my cookbook for the holidays. It sounds like a delicious way to enjoy fruit. Think the grandchildren will like the dipping & eating. - 11/1/09

I'm helpless around choc covered strawberries so this is a great stand-in - gives the chocolate taste but way less calories. Not a big fan of marshamallows, so left them out. It was a bit runny so I added more chips, but it's still better because of the evaporated milk. My son and I had a blast! - 2/10/11
