1 can pink salmon1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped, seeded1 tomato, chopped2 T chopped onion1 T olive oil1 T soy sauce1 T black pepper2 cloves minced garlic
Directions
mix ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes. eat as a salad, or serve in whole wheat pita pocket
