Cilantro-Lime Chicken and Hominy Soup

6 Green onions, sliced2 teaspoons Ground cumin1 teaspoon Paprika8 cups Low-salt chicken broth1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes in juice3 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cooked and shreddedHot sauce to taste1 29 oz. can Hominy in juice1 cup Chopped fresh cilantro1 Lime
Brown chicken thighs in a large pot. Add 8 cups off broth. Allow the chicken to simmer until tender. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the pot and cut into bite size pieces. Add the chicken back to the pot. Add the spices, green onions, tomatoes (with juice), juice from the lime, and hominy. Simmer for 15 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and hot sauce.
