Lisa's Zucchini Bread

1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Salt1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Nutmeg1 cup Flour, white1 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 medium Zucchini fresh.75 cup Granulated Sugar.75 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking 0.35 cup Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce0.15 cup Canola Oil2 Eggs
Combine cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, and flour...set aside
Shred fresh zucchini in a food processor.
Add sugar, Splenda, apple sauce, oil, and eggs. Blend well.
Add half of the flour mixture to the zucchini mixture. Blend.
Add the rest of the flour mixture.
Pour into 2 greased (I use Pam spray) loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes.
makes 24 1 inch pieces...or so.
