Dessert Crepes

Ingredients
2 large eggs2 tbsp. sugar2 tbsp. cooking oil1 c. skim milk1/5 c. buttermilk1 c. flourpinch each of baking soda and baking powder
Directions
Whisk together eggs, oil, milk and sugar. Add in flour and a pinch each of baking powder and baking soda. Whisk together until well blended.

Pour 1/2 cup of batter into nonstick pan over med/high heat. Gentle roll pan gently side to side to spread batter. Cook about 2 min. per side.
