Ingredients
Betty Crocker pizza crust mix (2 pkgs)1 cup pizza sauce8 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese3 cloves garlic3 cups mushrooms1/2 green pepper1 medium white or yellow onion
Directions
Prepare crust according to directions on pkg. Spread crust on cookie sheet. Top with sauce. Use a garlic press to grate garlic cloves over sauce. Top with cheese & vegetables.

    I steamed a pound of sliced mushrooms to sweat as much of the water as possible out of them with oregano sprinkled on, and sauteed spinach in a spritz of olive oil and mixed them together, and used that for the veggie layer. - 7/14/07
