l/4 cup plain yogurt, l/4 cup light buttermilk,1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese, l tablespoon bottled red pepper strips, l tablespoon dry vegetable mix, one can minced clams drained, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, l/4 cup chopped frozen spinach
Directions
mix all ingredients together, chill and serve.
