Spring Mix Salad

Ingredients
2 cups spring mix bagged salad (the kind with the mixed greens)4 apple slices 1/8 cup walnuts, chopped1/4 cup craisins
Directions
Place 2 cups of spring mix into a bowl. Top with craisins, then nuts, and finally, the apple slices. Enjoy =)

I used a lite honey mustard dressing. And I haven't tried it yet, but I think it would also be delicious with a little bit of chicken breast and/or blueberries on top.
