Grandma's Chili made with Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb of boiled and shredded chicken1 large onion1 large bell pepper1 small chili pepper1 can (16oz) red kidney beans1 1/2 cans (16 oz) diced tomatoes1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 cup waterspices:1 tsp salt1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
After chicken has been boiled and shredded, combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on LOW for about 8 hours.
