Gluten-free Pesto

Ingredients
3 cups fresh basil1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/4 cup olive oil (I use extra virgin)1/2 cup grated Italian cheese (I use Pecorino Romano)2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Thin with water or lemon juice until you get the texture you want (paste for spreading, sauce for pasta).

Makes about a 1 cup of pesto, 16 tablespoon servings
