.5 scoop protein whey3 strawberries1/2 banana ( frozen)cooked packet Quaker oatmeal w/ raisins, dates and walnuts; cooled .5 cup Hood milk, add more as desired
Directions
blend for about, 45 seconds, add one ice cube if desired, I freeze my banana halves and keep available; Krogers freezer section has ziptop frozen strawberries to use as desired.
