Crock Pot creamy potato soup

Ingredients
1 16 oz xontainer Sour Cream, reduced fat, Peas, canned, 1 can (drained)*Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, (drained)Red Potato, 5 potaots Diced*Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 cans*chicken bouillion 2 cubes with 2 cups water (you could also use reduced soldium canned chicken broth)Real back peices (this is in the salad dressing aisle) 1 package
Directions
place all ingredients in the crock pot
cook on low until potaotes are tender
add any spices as desired
Could also make on the stove and boil the potaoes, then drain them, put back into pot after mixing the soup and sour cream together and then add the vegibales and cook till warm.
Can add any other vegtibless to your liking (adjust calories accordingly)
Can top with cheese, or more sour cream (not included in calorie count)
