microwave flax bread

Ingredients
2 Tbs flax seed meal1 extra large egg1 Tbs unsalted buttersplash of vanilla extract1 packet Splenda or stevia1/4 tsp baking powder, low-sodium
Directions
Makes 1 serving.

Melt butter in microvave safe dish. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix with a fork. Add the dry ingredients, cover and microwave for 2 minutes or so.
