Pasta Sauce with Mushrooms, Onion and Ground Turkey

1 Tbsp Olive oil1 medium onion, chopped2 cups mushrooms, sliced26 oz turkey,lean, ground2 Jars (25 oz) Organic (Safeway) Marinara Sauce
1) Cook onions and mushrooms with olive oil until soft, empty onto a plate
2) Add turkey to non-stick pan (no oil) and brown, breaking into little pieces
3) Add onions and mushrooms back into the turkey
4) Pour 2 jars of marinara sauce into pan
5) Reduce to medium heat,cover and simmer for 1/2 hour
Makes 8 servings
