Ingredients
0.25 tsp Ginger, ground 8 oz Pork Tenderloin 122 Broccoli, fresh 173 Cabbage, fresh 170 Carrots, raw 3 cloves Garlic 141 Mushrooms, fresh 44 Onions, raw 48 Cabbage, napa 5 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce 90 grams Broccoli, fresh .5 cup Birds Eye Steamfresh Sugar Snap Pea’s
Directions
Chop all vegables, beef and garlic. Marinate beef in wine, soy sauce, and garlic for 15 minute. Cook beef and marinade until almost cooked thru. Add vegtables one at a time, allowing 2-4 minutes between for cooking time. Then add beef broth and corn starch to make sauce.
