Apple Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Beat oil, milk and eggs togeather and add slowly to dry ingredients. Peel and dice l apple and 1/4 cup of walnuts and fold into batter. Fill cupcake liners to the top and place in muffin tin. Make a mixture of 1 tsp. cinnamon & 1/4 cup of brown surgar with 1/4 cup chopped walnuts and sprinkle on top of muffin before baking. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 min.
Directions
Makes 8 cup cake size servings. Can make 12 smaller muffins or mini muffins. Its up to you.
