Italian Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces (3 or 4 large breast)Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1.5 cup (not packed)Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, choppedSpinach, frozen, 1 packageLight Ragu No Sugar Added Tomato & Basil, 3 cupsGarlic Minced 1.5 tsp
Directions
Mix the cottage cheese, onions, garlic, and spinach in a bowl.
Cut a slit in the chicken and stuff with the cottage cheese mixture.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and cover with half of the tomato sauce.
Cook at 350 for 45 minutes. Cover with the remaining sauce.

Serving size is half of a chicken breast - for me it was 8 because I had 4 breast.
