Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) (remove) Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp (remove) Leeks, 0.25 cup (remove) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 10.60 cup (remove) Bullion - Chicken - Reduced Sodium - Wyler's x 1 Cube, 2 serving (remove) Brown Sugar, 20 tsp unpacked (remove)Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Milk, nonfat, 3 cup (remove)*Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 0.1 cup (remove)1 tsp each Salt, Pepper, Ground Cloves3 tbsp each dried parsley, basil, chivesSprinkle with garlic powder
Saute leeks & dried spices in butter, Add tomatoes, 2 cups H2O, bullion & other spices simmer, Use immersion blender until mostly smooth, Add cream & milk, make roux with 1 cup milk & flour, drizzle in & warm through
