Vegi Pasta With Chicken

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Rotini: 2 BoxesMushrooms: 2 cups choppedZuchini: 2 cups choppedTomato Paste: 4 cansPlum Tomato: 4Chicken Breast: Enoug for your guestsOil: enough to coat the panRed Wine Vinegar: to taste...not necessaryWater: 2 paste cansItalian Seasoning, Garlic Salt, and Peper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to box directions
In a large pan coated with oil sautee all vegies together.
In a mixing bowl put 4 can of paste and mix with 2 cans of water. I like to add some red wine vinegar as well but that is your choice. Season the tomato mix to taste.
In a george forman grill (panini maker, etc) grill your chicken.
Add sauce mixture to vegie pan and let simmer for 10 minutes stiring occasionally.
Serve sauce over pasta with chicken on the side or on top.
