1 cup 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk1 cup Yogurt, Yoplait Light Very Vanilla, Fat Free1 Banana, fresh, 1 medium 140 grams Great Value Frozen Peaches4 tbsp Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ.5 cup Bear Naked All Natural Granola, Fruit & Nut
Directions
Add yogurt and soy milk first. Add all other ingredients to blender and blend to desired consistancy.
