I am in the process of making these right now. The recipe is super easy to follow, and the dough has been perfect to work with. I got 26 muffins out of the dough. They are rising for the second time now. I am saving this recipe for future use. Thanks for this recipe! Can't wait to taste them! - 1/17/11

English muffins are supposed to be cooked on a grill top in baking rings, not baked in an oven. - 12/13/18
