Mint Lemon Limeade

Ingredients
Juice of 3 freshly squeezed limesJuice of 3 freshly squeezed lemons(total approx 1 1/4cup juice)15 mint leaves1/4 cup granulated sugar6 packets of SweetLeaf stevia powder8 cups cold water
Directions
In bottom of 2 quart + pitcher, mascerate (scrunch together) mint leaves and sugar until the mint is fragrant.

Squeeze lemons and limes to provide approximately 1 1/4 cup of juice. Pour over mint/lime mixture and stir to dissolve.

Add 8 cups cold water and stir to completely dissolve sugar. Add stevia powder, stirring well.

Chill and pour over ice to serve. Garnish with lemon and or lime wedges and mint if desired.

Makes 9 one cup servings at 30 calories each that are beyond yum!
