Chicken Noodle Soup - Homemade

Ingredients
1tbsp Olive Oil1 chicken thigh and 1 drumstick - skin removed and chopped3 stalks celery - sliced1.5 cups chopped carrots1 clove garlic1/4 small onion or 1 tb onion flakes1/4 tsp tumeric (if desired)1/4 tsp fennel seedsalt and pepper to taste1 oxo cube or desired chicken stalk2 cups egg noodles - i like the really fine ones
Directions
Fry onion and garlic with oil and tumeric in the bottom of the pan.

Add chicken and seasoning and stir quickly.

Add veggies and about 6 cups of h20 or desired amount of liquid.

Cook on med-high temp stiring occasionally.

When veg is cooked (usually about 45min to an hour on the stove, longer on the slow cooker) add egg noodles and cook until tender.

This is also great reheated although I find I need to add more water when I reheat.
