Asian Ground Beef w/ Peppers & Zucchini

Ingredients
1lb ground turkey1 large red bell pepper1 large yellow bell pepper2 medium zucchini3-4 cloves garlic pressed or mincedapprox. 1 - 2 tsp. fresh grated ginger1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce1 tbsp maggi seasoning sauce1/2 c beef broth and 1/4 c beef broth1 heaping tsp corn starch
Directions
Chop all vegetable into medium size chunks. Brown ground beef in large skillet ( I season w/ black pepper & garlic powder). Remove meat from pan, set aside. Spray pan w/ olive oil spray add vegetables, garlic, & ginger. You can add crushed red pepper if you like a kick. Stir fry until vegetables are softened a bit. Add meat to vegetables and mix. Combine all sauces except the 1/4 cup broth and starch add to meat mixture and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Mix left over broth and starch and add to meat mixture and mix well. I serve over whole wheat couscous but that is not added in nutritional calculations.

    This was great! I used ground beef (the title says beef, but the recipe says turkey?) I served it over jasmine rice. - 4/23/13
