German Pancake

Ingredients
5 eggs1 Tbsp melted butter1 cup nonfat milk1 cup flour1 tsp salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or mix with a hand mixer until blended.
Pour into a cast iron skillet or round baking dish.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.

    I have not heard about this served without Cinnamon and sugar. One could always use eggwhites for 2 or 3 of the eggs. Add raisins and sprinkle ligthly with either sugar and cinnamon or Splenda and cinnamon. Kids love it. - 11/15/09
