Gramma Betty's Potato Salad

Ingredients
8 Boiled Red Potatoes5 Hard Boiled EggsSliced Green OlivesKraft Mayo Light MayonnaiseYellow MustardChopped OnionSalt
Directions
This is a recipe I got from my step-mom, or as I like to call her "My Other Mother".

Boil potatoes and eggs
Chop up onions and olives
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, olives and salt in separate bowl.
After potatoes are done, peel and put in bowl. Chop up with big spoon; you can make the pieces as large or as small as you want.
Peel eggs and slice (I put one egg in my palm, and slice in half length-wise, then slice again, then slice each end adding to bowl of chopped potatoes.
Add your mixture of Mayonnaise, Mustard, Olives and Salt.
Mix with large spoon.
You can always add more olives or salt according to your taste.
Makes 8 servings == 296 calories
