Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats, 1 cup cashews, 3/4 cup sweetened coconut, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 cup cranberries
Directions
Mix the oats, cashews, coconut and brown sugar in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, mix syrup, olive oil and salt. Combine both bowls together, and mix well. Spread out on a large cooking sheet and bake in a preheated 250 degrees F oven for 1 hr. 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Makes 22 servings of 1/4 cup each.
