Crab Cake (or Fish) Sauce

Ingredients
1/3 cup Mayonaisse3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard3 Tbsp Ketchup1/3 cup chopped Celery1/3 cup chopped Red Onions1/3 cup chopped Sweet Peppers1/4 cup Sundried Tomatoes1 1/2 Tbsp Old Bay2 Tbsp Honey1/3 cup Pineapple1/2 cup Mangos2 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper3 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce or to taste2 Tbsp Fresh Chives
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Using an immersion blender, mix and chop everything. I add the chives last and give one final blend with the mixer. Taste to make sure it has enough pepper, honey, etc. according to your tastes. Chill for several hours before serving. Use as a dipping sauce for crab or other fish cakes, chicken fingers, etc. Yields about 2 cups or 32 Tablespoons.
