Curried Double Pea Salad

1 15 oz can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 8 oz canned peas 1/3 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil 1 oz crumbled Athenos reduced fat Feta cheese 1/2 tsp curry powder Cracked pepper to taste
Can't get a lot simpler than this one:
1) Open cans.
2) Drain and rinse peas
3) Mix together mayonnaise, curry powder and pepper
4) Sprinkle with Feta cheese
5) Serve at room temperature or chilled, whichever you prefer.
Makes six 1/2-cup servings. Perfect with cold supper like a sandwich, sub, or cold vegetable soup.
