Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined1 clove garlic, minced1/4 c all purpose flour2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning (or more or less)2 cups nonfat milk1/4 tsp salt1 T lemon juice
Directions
Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute shrimp for 1 minute on each side in butter. Stir in crushed garlic. Remove shrimp and set aside. Add flour to butter left in pan. Combine well into roux. Add milk and blend well (no lumps). Bring to slow boil to thicken. Add cajun seasoning to taste and remove from heat. Add salt, lemon juice and shrimp. Serve over cooked pasta.
