1 tsp olive oil¼ cup Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese1 cup Eggbeaters Egg Whites Only1 cup mushrooms slices¼ cup of chopped onions
Sauté onions, mushrooms and garlic until cooked on medium low heat.
Add Eggbeaters Egg Whites and stir on medium low heat.
When eggs are set up, add feta and turn off heat. Stir to distribute the feta and allow it to melt.
