Prepared Cous Cous - (4 servings) Marrakesh Express brand used for this recipe1 cucumber1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled2 tbsp Red Wine vinegar1 tbsp lemon juicechopped asparagus 3 plum tomatoes, choppedchopped scallions
Directions
Prepare 4 servings of cous cous as directed; while cous cous rests, chop veggies and combine all other ingredients together in a bowl. Add cous cous and toss. serve warm or cold.
