Turkey Chili w/beans

2 T vegitable oil2 Medium Onions1 Medium Bell Pepper cored, seeded, and cut into cubes6 medium garlic cloves1/4 cup chili powder1 T ground Cumin2 t Ground Corriander1 t Red Pepper Flakes1 t dried Oragano1/2 t Cyanne Pepper2 lbs Ground Turjkey or Beef2 (15 Oz cans Red Kidney Beans2 (15 Oz cans Black Beans)2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
Heat oil in large heavy pan.
Add onions, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, coriander, pepper flakes, oregano, and Cayanne and cook stirring occasionally untill vegitables are softened and begin to brown.
Increase to high and add beff. Cook untill browned.
Add beans, tomatoe
Bring to a boil and then reduce to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally for one hour.
Remove the cover and continue to simmer for another hour.
If chili sticks to the bottom of the pot add 1/2 cup water, and cook untill slightly thickened.
