Buffalo Chicken Bites

Ingredients
6 thawed chicken tenderloins, cut in thirds1/2 cup of flour, divided1 egg1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot saucepaprika, seasoning salt, garlic powder, pepper, and/or your other favorite seasoning.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a pan or cookie sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Divide flour between two small dishes, and lightly beat egg in a third dish. Add desired spices to one of the flour dishes and stir. Line up dishes as follows: plain flour, egg, seasoned flour, prepared pan.
Dip each piece of cut chicken tenderloin into flour, then egg, then seasoned flour, and place on pan. When all chicken pieces have been breaded, spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray and place in oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through and recoating with cooking spray. When chicken pieces are cooked all the way through, remove from oven and toss with hot sauce. Place under broiler for a few minutes to dry the sauce a bit. Watch carefully to make sure the nuggets do not burn.

Remove and serve with reduced calorie ranch or blue cheese dressing.
