Cassie's Apple Crisp

Ingredients
8 cups sliced, cored apples, any kind1 Tbsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1 cup granulated white sugarTopping:1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup granulated white sugar3/4 cup rolled oats1/2 cup all purpose flour1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
Directions
Place sliced apples, 1 Tbsp cinnamon, nutmeg and 1 c. sugar in large bowl. Mix well to coat all apple slices. Put into 2 qt glass baking dish. In same mixing bowl, combine all topping inredients to make crumbly mixture. Press topping evenly over apple slices. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 12 servings of 1/2 cup each.
