Olive oil, 1 tbspGround beef, extra lean, 32 ozOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedZucchini, 1 cup, slicedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 5 cup, pieces or slicesYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernelsAylmer diced tomatoes, 28 ozBeans, red kidney, 4.75 cupTomato sauce, unsalted, 28 ozChilli Powder, 8 tsp (to taste)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Heat olive oil in large pot.
Add hamburger and cook until no pink.
Add mushrooms, onions, zucchini, and corn; cook on medium heat until mushrooms begin to soften.
Add green peppers; cook 2-3 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, and spices.
Simmer on medium-low for 30 minutes.
