4 oz ground turkey 93%lean1 cup red kidney beans1 cup long grain white rice1 cup tomato sauce 1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped onion1 tbsp chili powder2 tbsp chunky chili dip salsa (la victoria)
chop onion and green pepper. Brown ground turkey with onion and pepper in same frying pan low-medium heat. Once fully cooked, add other ingredients except for rice. Let simmer. While simmering, cook rice to instructions use boil in bag type to save time. Drain rice, mix all ingredients and enjoy. Makes 2-1/2 cup servings.
